Custom Packages:

Create A Custom Package Type:

1. Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Custom Packages" link found under 'Manage Account' section of the left-hand navigation.
2. Create a Name for this package type and assign it a set of Dimensions and Weight. Fill in any other fields you deem necessary.



3. Now click on the "Save Custom Package" button.

Shipping Your Custom Box:

1. Navigate to the "Ship A Package" link found under 'Manage Shipments' section of the left-hand navigation.
2. Begin entering your Recipients info as you normally would when shipping.
3. Upon moving to the Package Information box, click on the "Package Type" dropdown and choose your box found at the bottom of the list.
   
4. Now continue the shipping process as normal.
